"VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT” PAYMENT RECOVERY OFFICER for Food Industry in Kalanki, Kathmandu .

*Position: PAYMENT RECOVERY OFFICER
*Salary: Negotiable
*Working Location: Kalanki, Kathmandu
*Education: Bachelor complete in Law
*Experience: 1 years of experience in payment recovery, collections, legal coordination, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
-Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for recovery of overdue payments through calls and meetings.
Execute payment recovery strategies and actions as instructed by the Legal Manager.
Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and relevant departments to resolve payment-related issues.
Assist in initiating blacklisting procedures for chronic defaulters as per company policy.
Support the Legal Manager in legal recovery cases by preparing and maintaining required documents and records.
Track recovery cases and ensure timely follow-up on legal notices and recovery actions.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, recovery status, and legal proceedings.
Prepare periodic reports on outstanding payments and recovery progress.
-Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.(+2/Bachelor running also preferred)
1 years of experience in payment recovery, collections, legal coordination, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
2 wheeler with valid license
Ability to coordinate effectively with legal teams, sales teams, and customers.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and recovery-related activities when required.
