Position: Odoo ERP Functional Executive

Working Days: Monday – Friday | Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

JulAiy Tech Labs is looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Functional Executive to handle client requirements, Odoo demonstrations, functional implementation, configuration, testing, training, and support.

The role requires frequent client visits within Kathmandu Valley and occasional out-of-valley travel.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client business processes and gather requirements.
Conduct Odoo ERP demos and solution presentations.
Prepare BRDs and functional documentation.
Support Odoo implementation, configuration, testing, and UAT.
Conduct client training and provide functional support.
Coordinate with technical teams for customization and issue resolution.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant Odoo/ERP experience.
Hands-on Odoo experience is required.
Good understanding of Accounting, Finance, and business processes.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Confident in handling client meetings independently.
Valid two-wheeler license and own two-wheeler are mandatory.
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and occasionally outside Kathmandu Valley.

Note: Fresh graduates and candidates without practical Odoo/ERP experience are not encouraged to apply.
