Job Description
Seven Star International Travel & Tours, an IATA-accredited travel agency with over a decade in the industry, is hiring an Outbound Tour Manager to lead and grow our international group tour and leisure travel operations.
About the Role
You'll own the outbound tour vertical — from itinerary design and vendor negotiation to on-ground group management for tour packages sold across our leisure and corporate client base.
Must Have
-Minimum 1 years' experience in outbound tour operations at a travel agency
-Proven experience designing and costing international tour packages
-Strong vendor network: hotels, ground handlers, transport, and local DMCs in key outbound destinations
-Working knowledge of visa processes for major outbound destinations
-Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
-Strong written and verbal communication in English and Nepali
-Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
