Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Engineering Associate to support the maintenance and smooth operation of the resort’s facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, general maintenance, and swimming pool operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspection of electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
  • Assist in repairing and maintaining electrical fixtures, switches, sockets, lighting, and related systems.
  • Perform basic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with general maintenance of resort buildings, rooms, equipment, and facilities.
  • Monitor and support swimming pool operations and maintenance.
  • Identify and report technical issues, equipment faults, and maintenance requirements.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns.
  • Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure tools and maintenance equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Coordinate with external technicians or contractors when specialized repair work is required.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments.
  • Follow safety procedures while performing electrical, plumbing, and maintenance work.
Job Specification
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, general maintenance, and swimming pool operations.
  • Previous experience in engineering, maintenance, or facility management will be an advantage.
  • Practical understanding of basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
  • Ability to identify common maintenance issues.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance-related duties.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical training or certification in electrical, plumbing, or maintenance.
