Job Description

Hamro Patro is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our content and creative team. The role involves planning, shooting, and producing high quality video content for Hamro Patro and its various products and services across social media, digital campaigns, promotional activities, events, and other communication channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, good storytelling ability, technical knowledge of cameras and lighting, and the ability to work in a fast paced content environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute video shoots for Hamro Patro's content, social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, events, and promotional content.
• Handle camera equipment, lighting, audio, and other production equipment effectively.
• Develop creative concepts and visual approaches in collaboration with the content, marketing, and creative teams.
• Shoot interviews, product videos, reels, promotional videos, event coverage, and other forms of digital content.
• Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, exposure, focus, and audio quality during shoots.
• Work closely with the Video Editor, Content, Marketing, Design, and Product teams to produce engaging content.
• Assist in pre-production activities, including scripting, storyboarding, shot planning, location scouting, and production scheduling.
• Capture high quality footage suitable for different platforms and formats, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Maintain and organize video footage, project files, and other production assets.
• Ensure all required shots are captured according to the approved creative concept and production plan.
• Participate in on-location shoots, office shoots, events, and campaign productions as required.
• Stay updated with current video trends, formats, visual styles, and social media content practices.
• Take responsibility for the proper handling, maintenance, and safe storage of company owned production equipment.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve the quality and effectiveness of Hamro Patro's visual content.
• Perform other video production and content related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in videography or video production; freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
• Proficiency in operating professional cameras and basic video production equipment.
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, camera movement, and audio recording.
• Knowledge of video formats and requirements for social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of video editing and post production workflows.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a creative team.
• Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shoots or projects simultaneously.
