Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Nepalgunj Skin Center in Nepalgunj. Healthcare professionals will assess and manage patients with a variety of skin, hair, and cosmetic concerns, including acne, pigmentation issues, psoriasis, eczema, and post-procedure care. Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical examinations, documenting medical histories, assisting with or performing dermatologic and laser procedures under appropriate supervision, and monitoring treatment outcomes. The role also involves educating patients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and preventive measures, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and ethical clinical practices. Collaboration with the clinical team, participation in case discussions, and ongoing training to stay updated on dermatology and aesthetic procedures are expected.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess core healthcare and medicine-related skills, including a background in Medicine and professional experience in Healthcare.
Candidates should possess emergency and clinical support skills, such as EMT training or equivalent exposure to acute patient care.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
Candidates should possess Training-oriented skills, demonstrating willingness to learn new dermatology and aesthetic techniques and participate in continuous professional development.
Relevant medical qualification (e.g., MBBS, nursing degree, or licensed healthcare credential) and registration with appropriate regulatory bodies, as applicable.
Experience or interest in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic procedures is highly beneficial.
Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain accurate medical records, and uphold patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity for procedures, and a patient-centered, compassionate approach to care.
