POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking motivated Electronics and Communication Engineers to join our Engineering & Design team. The successful candidates will support the design, inspection, and technical documentation of systems, components, and equipment across MSIPL's infrastructure projects - working closely with project leads to translate client requirements into practical design concepts, from concept through project handover.


This role is ideal for engineers looking to build hands-on experience in technical design, systems engineering, and infrastructure project development.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Design & Documentation:

  • Design, inspect, test, and update systems, components, equipment, and software according to the scope of each project
  • Understand client requirements and develop design concepts in collaboration with the project lead
  • Support documentation of product/service design and test specifications
  • Track and document work progress in a timely and detailed manner
  • Report day-to-day/weekly activities and milestones to the project lead, including field updates


Project Execution & Technical Support:

  • Support execution of projects through installation, testing, and troubleshooting under the supervision of the Team Lead
  • Guide the team and support resolution of issues related to on-site installation and testing tasks
  • Coordinate customer callouts and field dispatches, and provide backend technical support
  • Support review and resolution of issues related to field automation systems and databases
  • Support the proper handover of assigned projects, including testing, training, and commissioning


Client, Vendor & Team Coordination:

  • Interact with clients and vendors to ensure timely completion of work
  • Check that all equipment/products meet health and safety regulations and suggest improvements where needed
  • Support presales and tender aspects of projects by reviewing specifications and preparing estimations
  • Support after-sales service by providing necessary instructions and coordination
  • Work collaboratively across departments to support all teams


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Electronics and Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an engineering or design-related field
  • NEC License & Class B driving license is mandatory


WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Willingness to travel to project sites when required
  • Standard shifts of 8 hours
