Draft Person

We are looking for a skilled Draft Person to prepare 2D technical drawings, 3D layouts, and item-wise BOQs for HVAC, commercial kitchen, and light building allied works. The role also involves technical documentation, drawing revisions, quantity measurements, and coordination with engineering and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD based on sketches and specifications.
• Create 3D models and layouts using SketchUp or equivalent software.
• Prepare detailed and item-wise BOQs, including measurements, quantities, calculations, and units.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents, calculations, and presentations using MS Office.
• Revise drawings and maintain proper drawing versions and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams.
• Visit project sites when required for measurements, quantity verification, and BOQ preparation.
• Ensure drawings and deliverables meet required standards and project timelines.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Draftsmanship, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in drafting, BOQ preparation, or engineering/design-related work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and technical drafting.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare accurate measurements and item-wise BOQs.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to visit project sites when required.
