Job Description
The Import and Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless, compliant, and timely imports. This role serves as the critical link between global principal manufacturers and local operations, managing customs clearance and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities
- Handle international communications with manufacturing companies.
- Track imports and supply chain operations.
- Prepare records of forecasts, demands and supplies.
- Prior experience in cargo/freight forwarding industry.
- Knowledge of Import rules & regulations compliance.
- Fluent in English and Email communication.

- Install, inspect, and maintain medical equipment.
- Support customers with troubleshooting and operator guidance.
- Coordinate service reports, spare parts, and follow-up visits.
- Biomedical engineering, electronics, or related technical training.
- Hands-on experience with medical equipment service workflows.
- Clear communication and willingness to travel for field support.
