Role Description As a GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer at ScaleBuild AI, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions that support go-to-market strategies. You will translate customer and market requirements into scalable product configurations, demos, and integrations, and ensure successful deployment of AI-driven and software solutions for new and existing clients. Day-to-day, you will build and maintain technical assets for sales enablement, support proof-of-concept projects, analyze product usage data, and recommend enhancements that improve adoption and performance. You will also document implementation best practices, provide technical guidance during client onboarding, and contribute to continuous improvement of GTM processes and tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in software engineering or systems integration, with experience working on SaaS, cloud-based, or AI-enabled products.
- Understanding of go-to-market processes, including product launch, sales enablement, and customer onboarding, with the ability to align technical work to business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, data integration, and building or configuring demos, prototypes, or proof-of-concept solutions for customers.
- Analytical skills for interpreting product usage, performance metrics, and market feedback to inform technical improvements and GTM strategies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools and version control (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git) and comfort working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in AI integration, ML pipelines, or data platforms is a strong plus, as is prior work in B2B technology or startup environments.
