About the RoleAs our Junior Production Manager, you are the engine that turns big creative show ideas into seamless, high-energy reality. You will be the central coordinator bringing our TV and YouTube original series to life scouting local talent, discovering stunning locations, locking in shoot schedules, crafting pitch decks, and keeping our sets running like clockwork.
This is a hands-on, high-mobility role. You will split your time between exploring the valley for recce visits, managing production logistics, and keeping communication fluid between our hosts, featured guests, and crew.
- Talent & Guest Discovery: Actively source, reach out to, and pre-screen compelling local talent and featured guests for upcoming episodes.
- Location Recce: Conduct on-site visits to homes, businesses, and outdoor spots across the valley to evaluate camera readiness, lighting, spatial flow, and ambient noise.
- Guest Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for hosts and guests, building trust and making sure everyone feels confident, comfortable, and shoot-ready.
- Scheduling & Call Sheets: Build clear call sheets, shoot timelines, and daily itineraries for crew, talent, and network partners.
- Pitch & Presentation Decks: Design clean, scannable pitch decks, sponsor decks, and production briefs using Canva.
- Sponsor Deliverables: Track sponsor commitments (product placements, branding moments, custom call-outs) and ensure 100% execution on set.
- Pipeline Management: Help maintain master production calendars across multiple simultaneously running TV and YouTube shows.
- Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in both Nepali and English. You build effortless rapport with everyone from local artisans in historic neighborhoods to business owners and network execs.
- Adaptable Problem Solver: High street smarts. When production plans shift on the fly, you pivot smoothly and find quick, effective solutions.
- Visually & Digitally Savvy: Proficient in Canva with an eye for clean, modern deck layouts.
- Hyper-Organized: You thrive on structure calendars, call sheets, and contact lists are your playground.
- Mobile & Ready: Having your own two-wheeler (scooter/motorcycle) and a valid driver’s license is strongly preferred for field visits and site recce trips.
