About Educonnect Plus

Educonnect Plus is Educonnect's subscription-based support platform for international students, offering career coaching, job search support, visa pathway guidance, and settlement services across three membership tiers. We're growing and looking for a dedicated Marketing & Administration Executive to help us run and grow the platform day to day.

About the Role

We're looking for an IT graduate with a genuine interest in digital marketing to own the marketing content and administrative backbone of Educonnect Plus. You'll move between writing newsletter copy, updating website content, and managing our Exclusive Deals Hub one moment, and handling CRM updates, booking coordination, and basic technical troubleshooting the next. It's a true all-rounder role for someone who wants hands-on ownership of a growing subscription product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Educonnect Plus website/platform content, FAQs, and service pages
  • Write and distribute our monthly Members-Only Newsletter
  • Manage the Exclusive Deals Hub — publishing offers, checking links, keeping content current
  • Create and schedule promotional content for webinars, coaching, and other services across email and community channels
  • Design simple marketing assets using approved templates (Canva or similar)
  • Maintain accurate subscriber records in our CRM and support day-to-day administration
  • Support booking coordination and new subscriber onboarding
  • Perform first-line checks on platform issues and escalate to the technical team
  • Track and report on marketing performance (open rates, click-through, engagement)

  • Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field
    • Genuine interest in digital marketing — content writing, email campaigns, social media, or web content management (a formal marketing qualification is not required)
    • Comfortable working with website/CMS platforms and confident picking up new tools quickly
    • Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva) and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) is an advantage — training provided
    • Excellent written English communication skills
    • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
    • Comfortable reading and reporting on basic performance metrics
    • Able to work hours with overlap into Australian business hours
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or project experience in marketing, web content, or IT support is a plus but not essential
