As a Sales Associate at Saraswoti Media, you'll guide business owners from their first inquiry to a signed order — backed by Nepal's strongest signage brand, a full design team, and products that sell themselves once clients see the quality.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and the website.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right signage and branding solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up leads through to closed orders.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and orders in our CRM.
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
- A customer-first attitude and confidence in explaining products.
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
- Prior sales or retail experience is a plus, but attitude matters most.
