Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests and addressing concerns.
Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.
Prepare tables with proper utensils, napkins, and condiments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Process bills and handle cash or card payments when required.
Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: SEE/SLC or equivalent; +2 preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
