Position: Guest Relation Executive
Department: Operations
Reports To: Outlet Manager
Location: Kathmandu (5-Star Hotel Spa)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalized hospitality
Manage appointments and coordinate daily spa operations
Handle billing, guest records, and operational reporting
Support outlet operations, team coordination, and service excellence
Promote memberships, wellness packages, and strengthen guest relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, wellness or customer relations is preferred
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance and strong attention to detail
