Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Food and Beverage Attendant (Waiter) located at Hotel Goodwill, Kanibahal, Lalitpur. The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and serving orders, ensuring food preparation and service meet quality standards, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas. The attendant must operate with professionalism, speed, accuracy, and a guest-first mindset across restaurant, bar, room service, banquet and events operations.

Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in Food & Beverage handling and serving
- Experience in Customer Service and Problem solving
- English Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to use computer PMS software for order taking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
- Flexible with timing and work hours, including weekends and holidays
