Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Event Manager role based in Kathmandu. The Event Manager will plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including in-house promotions, private functions, and brand activations across Roadhouse venues.

  • Only candidates with relevant experience or from similar fields will be considered.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept development through completion.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, venues, and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Approve event budgets with respective HODs, timelines, and project schedules.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including setup, operations, and post-event breakdown.
  • Create event concepts and experiences that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by managing event flow and service standards.
  • Monitor on-site operations and resolve issues promptly during events.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to maximize event impact and efficiency.
  • Track event performance against objectives and key metrics.
  • Prepare post-event evaluations, reports, and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance event quality, attendee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in this field.
  • Proven skills in client service, stakeholder communication, and relationship building.
  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, or hotel events, with an understanding of on-site operations and guest experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Nepali, with clear written and verbal communication.
  • Flexible schedule, with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events.
