About the Role
Jobsflow.ai is seeking a Full‑Stack Python AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI‑powered features across our platform. You will work end‑to‑end — from backend services and data pipelines to frontend interfaces — ensuring seamless integration of intelligent systems into production. This role combines strong Python engineering skills with applied AI‑assisted development and a product‑focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications with a focus on Python backend services.
- Build APIs and microservices to expose intelligent functionality to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop intuitive frontend components (React/Next.js or similar) to showcase AI‑driven features.
- Create and optimize data pipelines for real‑time workflows.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security across the stack.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Ops teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Document system architecture, APIs, and workflows.
- Stay current with advancements in AI‑assisted coding tools, cloud services, and full‑stack best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong Python expertise.
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies (React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar).
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), schema design, and data transformations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.).
- Knowledge of NLP, embeddings, or recommendation systems.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and LLM integration.
- Experience with real‑time event‑driven systems (webhooks, message queues, Kafka).
- Understanding of security/compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2).
- Contributions to open‑source AI projects or full‑stack applications.
