Job DescriptionThe role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with employers, and promoting our recruitment advertising solutions to organizations across various industries.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in B2B sales, IT/software sales, or digital services who possess strong consultative selling skills and a proven ability to acquire and manage corporate clients. Experience in the recruitment or job portal industry will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop strong relationships with potential clients requiring job vacancy advertisement services, understanding their hiring needs and recommending suitable advertising solutions.
- Present Kumari Job's recruitment advertising solutions, including featured job postings, employer branding opportunities, and targeted recruitment campaigns to maximize employer visibility.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate clients across diverse industries and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging business opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, corporate visits, digital channels, and industry events.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
- Track sales performance, client engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness through CRM systems and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and an excellent client experience.
- Represent Kumari Job at business networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and other industry functions to strengthen the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Prior experience in IT services, software, SaaS, or other B2B solution-based sales will be highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with business decision-makers and successfully manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office applications, and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Experience in the recruitment, HR, staffing, or job portal industry will be considered an added advantage but is not a prerequisite.
