Job DescriptionOur client, Delta Autocorp is hiring Workshop Incharge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations and ensure timely scooter servicing and repairs.
- Supervise, allocate, and monitor technicians' work for maximum productivity.
- Ensure quality repairs in accordance with company and manufacturer standards.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and service turnaround time.
- Maintain spare parts, tools, and workshop equipment effectively.
- Handle customer service issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Train, guide, and maintain discipline among workshop staff.
- Prepare workshop reports and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Minimum 2 years experience in automobile service center as floor supervisor/Service Advisor/Workshop Incharge
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Reporting skills
- Must posses Two wheeler and license
