The HOD – Customer Sales Support will lead the customer sales support team, ensuring efficient customer service, smooth sales coordination, and seamless communication between customers, sales, and operations. The role is suited for a proactive professional with 3+ years of leadership experience who can manage customer queries, support sales operations, coordinate shipments, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate bookings and shipments with sales, pricing, and overseas partners.
- Provide timely customer updates and resolve issues within 24 hours.
- Maintain accurate shipment, customer, and documentation records.
- Prepare quotations, billing instructions, and track shipments proactively.
- Support cross-functional projects to improve customer experience.
- Lead and supervise the Customer Sales Support team to ensure efficient workflows and high service standards.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process/system improvements.
- Prepare periodic reports on performance, feedback, and service metrics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Track customer interactions and key sales-support metrics (response time, follow-up status, conversion signals) and report trends to management.
