Job DescriptionOur Client, Go Fly Tours and Travels is seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and experienced Holiday Planner / Travel Consultant / Tour Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and selling customized inbound and outbound holiday packages while delivering exceptional travel experiences and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, customize, and sell inbound and outbound holiday packages based on client preferences and budgets.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries, tour proposals, and competitive quotations.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in consultations.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), transport providers, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Manage bookings, reservations, amendments, cancellations, and post-booking customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations, and industry trends.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of travel-related processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and high-quality travel services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Holiday Planning, Travel Consulting, or Tour Operations.
- Strong knowledge of both inbound and outbound travel products and destinations.
- Excellent skills in itinerary planning, tour costing, and package customization.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, sales, and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client requests.
- Strong destination knowledge and travel industry awareness.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
