Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber  Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams through a major enterprise transformation. In this role, you will champion Agile methodologies while overseeing complex delivery tracks focused on consolidating multiple legacy ERP systems into a single, unified enterprise platform.

The ideal candidate will be a stellar Agile facilitator with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of API-led integration to ensure seamless connectivity between legacy systems and the new core platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Reviews/Retrospectives) for technical integration teams.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex integration and data migration tracks, mapping cross-team dependencies and proactively mitigating risks.
• Partner with Product Owners and business analysts to translate complex system consolidation requirements into clear, technical user stories and API contracts.
• Act as the functional bridge for teams designing, developing, and deploying APIs (REST/SOAP, microservices) used to connect legacy systems to the new ERP core.
• Ensure alignment on API specifications (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger) and manage technical blockers related to endpoint availability, data mapping, and environment readiness.
• Serve as the primary translator between highly technical integration developers and non-technical business leaders/stakeholders.
• Provide transparent, data-driven status updates, articulating technical API or migration blockers in terms of business impact and timeline risks.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a software delivery or enterprise migration environment.
• Direct experience supporting large-scale enterprise software transformations, specifically ERP consolidations or migrations.
• Strong foundational understanding of API-led architecture, middleware technologies, data transformation (JSON/XML), and API governance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; a proven track record of managing and influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) is highly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise service buses (ESB) or API management platforms (e.g., SAP BTP Integration Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple portfolios and collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
