Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, instructing students in classroom and small-group settings, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment, collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and school activities, communicate regularly with parents or guardians, and participate in training and professional development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pokhara.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply effective pedagogical approaches in the classroom.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including organizing learning activities and supporting student skill development.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience teaching in an international or UK-based curriculum environment is an advantage.
- Ability to create an inclusive, student-centered learning environment and manage classroom behavior constructively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and openness to school-wide initiatives and teamwork.
