Job DescriptionOur Client, Code Mantra is seeking an execution-focused Head of Sales / Revenue Lead to own the complete sales function at Code Mantra.
This is NOT a passive management role.
You Will
- build systems,
- manage the sales team,
- improve conversions,
- drive enrollments,
- optimize CRM workflows,
- recruit/train sales representatives,
- and scale revenue aggressively.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Own monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Build scalable sales systems and processes
- Increase lead-to-enrollment conversion rates
- Design and optimize sales funnels
- Forecast sales pipeline and revenue accurately
- Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives
- Conduct daily sales standups and performance reviews
- Monitor KPIs and accountability metrics
- Coach team members on objection handling and closing
- Create a high-performance sales culture
- Manage CRM systems and pipeline tracking
- Ensure proper lead follow-up and sales hygiene
- Implement automations and reporting systems
- Analyze conversion data and identify bottlenecks
- Handle high-intent parent consultations when needed
- Improve sales scripts and enrollment workflows
- Build trust with parents and communicate educational value effectively
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities
- Improve retention and referral systems
- Help scale the organization from hundreds to thousands of students
- 4+ years of sales leadership experience
- Experience managing inside sales or enrollment teams
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management
- Proven ability to hit aggressive revenue targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Startup mindset with execution focus
- EdTech experience
- Experience selling to parents or education markets
- Experience in B2C high-ticket sales
- Experience scaling sales teams
