The consultancy specializes in guiding students who wish to study in countries such as the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, Japan, and Korea. An experienced team offers comprehensive support, from course and university selection to admissions, visa processing, and interview preparation. Aama also provides language preparation classes including IELTS, PTE, and Japanese/Korean language courses to help students meet international entry requirements. Role Description The UK Education Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathamaha, responsible for supporting students who wish to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom. The role includes providing one-on-one counseling to help students select suitable courses and universities, explaining admission requirements, and guiding them through application processes. The counselor will assist with documentation, coordinate with universities and partners, and offer support for visa applications and interview preparation. Daily tasks include conducting information sessions, maintaining accurate student records, and following up with prospective and enrolled students. The counselor will collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality, ethical advice and contribute to outreach activities, events, and regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with an understanding of international higher education systems, particularly in the UK.
• Candidates should posses skills in Pre CAS interview Preperation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, including the ability to guide students on academic choices and career pathways.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in education consultancy, study abroad counseling, or university admissions support is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases at once.
• Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for documentation and reporting.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, cultural sensitivity, and student-centered service.
