Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Internal and external Outreach
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of schools, colleges, counsellors, and educational networks across Nepal, with special focus on provinces outside Kathmandu Valley.
- Plan and execute monthly outreach visits to assigned regions and districts.
- Conduct presentations, career guidance sessions, workshops, and information sessions at partner institutions.
- Build strong relationships with Principals, School Directors, Career Counsellors, and Management Teams.
- Identify and secure opportunities for institutional partnerships, referral arrangements, and MoUs.
- Represent Embark College at education fairs, career expos, and regional educational events.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Support
- Generate qualified student leads from outreach activities and ensure timely handover to the Admissions Team.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, school visits, and follow-up activities.
- Support admissions campaigns through regular follow-up with prospective students, parents, and counsellors.
- Track conversion performance by region and recommend strategies to improve enrollment outcomes.
3. Regional Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key educational stakeholders across Nepal.
- Coordinate periodic visits and engagement activities with existing partner schools and colleges.
- Organize Principal Meetups, Counsellor Engagement Programs, and Parent Interaction Sessions in key markets.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitor activities, student preferences, and emerging opportunities.
4. Outreach Logistics & Travel Coordination
- Coordinate travel plans, accommodation, transportation, and outreach materials for regional visits.
- Ensure timely preparation of brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and merchandise.
- Manage outreach schedules and maximize institutional coverage during field visits.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly outreach reports highlighting visits conducted, leads generated, partnerships initiated, and enrollment outcomes.
- Maintain digital records of outreach activities, institutional contacts, and follow-up actions.
- Provide market feedback and recommendations to support expansion into new districts and provinces.
- Document success stories, testimonials, photographs, and outreach impact for marketing purposes.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education
• Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
Skills
• Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Photography, content writing, or design skills are an added advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during events and outreach activities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and professional in representing the College.
