Position Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented Marketing Manager with a proven track record of increasing student enrollments through innovative marketing, lead generation, partnership development, and conversion strategies. The role requires a strategic thinker who can build a strong brand presence while directly contributing to admissions growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Student Enrollment & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive annual, quarterly, and monthly student enrollment targets.
- Develop and execute enrollment-focused marketing campaigns to generate a strong admissions pipeline.
- Create and implement innovative lead generation strategies to maximize student inquiries and conversions.
- Establish systems to track the complete student journey from inquiry to enrollment.
- Analyze enrollment trends and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen institutional brand positioning.
- Increase market share through targeted campaigns, competitive differentiation, and value proposition enhancement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
- Build strong brand awareness among prospective students, parents, schools, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, educational consultancies, corporate organizations, and community groups.
- Establish referral and ambassador programs to increase student acquisition.
- Identify and develop new enrollment channels and market opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with key influencers, counselors, and educational networks.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media marketing, paid advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
- Optimize lead generation funnels and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure timely lead nurturing and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and new student segments.
- Develop expansion strategies to increase enrollment from different geographic locations.
- Identify trends, competitor activities, and market demands to maintain competitive advantage.
- Plan and execute admission drives, education fairs, open houses, seminars, career counseling programs, and promotional events.
- Organize school visits and community engagement activities to generate direct admissions opportunities.
- Represent the institution in public forums and networking events.
- Lead and mentor the marketing teams.
- Establish measurable KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on enrollment growth and business results.
- Master's degree in marketing preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Education sector.
- Proven success in achieving enrollment growth targets within educational institutions.
