Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Admission Officer to join our team, with a primary focus on UK & New Zealand admissions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UK & New Zealand university documentation, Financial requirements, and admission processes. This role involves working closely with universities, students, and agents while ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely application processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with UK & New Zealand universities regarding application updates, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Manage the full admissions process for students applying to UK & New Zealand, ensuring all documents meet university and visa standards.
- Assist students and agents by resolving queries professionally, even in high-pressure situations.
- Provide clear guidance to agents on admission criteria, documentation, academic and financial requirements, and university policies.
- Review, verify, and organise all admission-related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay updated on current UK & New Zealand rules, admission guidelines, financial requirements, and document verification procedures.
- Maintain and update student records using CRM systems, Google Drive, and other digital tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of student applications and follow-ups with universities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, preferably focused on UK & New Zealand universities.
- Strong understanding of UK & New Zealand requirements, document verification, academic assessment, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in admission documentation for UK & New Zealand institutions (offer letters, financial documents, Visa document etc.).
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Email handling, Google Drive, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide agents and assist students clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
