Job DescriptionOur client, Delta Autocorp is hiring Assistant Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate monthly fund projections to ensure effective cash flow management.
- Review payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and other financial statements on a daily basis prior to month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly TDS and VAT reconciliation statements and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Manage payroll processing in a timely manner and address employee payment-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare monthly payment schedules and ensure the availability of sufficient funds to meet payment obligations.
- Prepare and submit Management Information System (MIS) reports to the Head of Department (HOD) and participate in discussions regarding financial performance and analysis.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely submission of required documents and information.
- Perform month-end and year-end account closing activities, finalize accounts, and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and file tax returns while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably within the automobile sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with Finance or Accounting as a major subject. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree or higher qualification.
