Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Kathmandu. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Softsaro’s digital services, including websites, mobile apps, and design solutions. Daily tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, managing client relationships, and coordinating with the technical team to align offerings with client needs. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, tracking sales performance, and supporting marketing campaigns across digital channels. The specialist will provide customer training where needed, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage clearly with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, solution-oriented support and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills to prospect, qualify leads, deliver persuasive presentations, and close deals effectively.
  • Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to guide clients on solutions and support the planning and monitoring of sales activities.
  • Relevant experience in B2B or IT/digital services sales and marketing is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales and marketing targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and common digital marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
