WeShop Nepal is a growing ecommerce platform focused on stationery, office supplies, school supplies, and sports-related products. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused team member who can manage daily deliveries while also helping us grow our customer network across Kathmandu Valley.

This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating with shop owners, and representing the company professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time across Kathmandu Valley.
• Visit retail shops, stationery stores, schools, offices, and wholesale customers during field routes.
• Introduce WeShop Nepal’s products and services to potential customers.
• Build positive relationships with shop owners and repeat customers.
• Collect market feedback, product requirements, customer inquiries, and sales leads.
• Support order coordination, delivery updates, and cash/payment collection when required.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, retailers, and internal team members.
• Report daily delivery status, customer feedback, and new business opportunities.
• Represent WeShop Nepal with honesty, discipline, and a positive attitude in the field.

Required Qualifications

• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Comfortable riding a scooter or bike throughout Kathmandu Valley.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic education with the ability to understand products, prices, customer needs, and simple reporting.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic order updates.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, and proactive.
• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence to speak with shop owners and customers.
• Willingness to work full-time in a field-based role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in delivery, field sales, retail visits, customer service, or marketing.
• Knowledge of stationery, office supplies, school supplies, sports items, or wholesale market.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers.
