Team members join a dynamic environment committed to improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.Role Description The Sales and Relationship Manager (Chitwan) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharatpur. This position is responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, and promoting Biomed International’s medical products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with existing and potential clients, identifying customer needs, preparing and presenting product proposals, negotiating and closing sales, and ensuring timely follow-up and after-sales support. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and service, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales and Relationship Manager contributes to achieving regional sales targets and upholding the company’s reputation for reliability and quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve territory targets.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Relationship Management skills to develop, maintain, and deepen long-term partnerships with healthcare stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities when engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance skills to understand pricing, margins, quotations, and credit terms related to medical product sales.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field; experience in medical device or healthcare sales is highly beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in the field, with good time management, territory planning, and reporting skills.
- Comfort with frequent client visits within Chitwan/Bharatpur and familiarity with the local healthcare market is an advantage.
