About The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and experienced recruiter based in Nepal to support talent acquisition across European markets. This fully remote role with a Europe-based organization provides the opportunity to collaborate with international hiring managers and candidates from various industries.
As a recruiter, you will identify, attract, and hire top talent across Europe. You will manage the full recruitment process, partner with hiring teams, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain compliance with European recruitment standards and data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Candidate Attraction
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates across various European countries through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across European markets.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence research to support hiring strategies.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business needs, and hiring priorities.
• Create compelling job advertisements tailored to specific European markets.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while effectively managing cross-border and time zone considerations.
• Facilitate candidate progression through recruitment stages and maintain regular communication throughout the process.
Stakeholder Management
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams across Europe.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring challenges.
• Offer consultative guidance on sourcing strategies, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Candidate Experience
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Promote the employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.
Recruitment Operations & ATS Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Generate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and pipeline updates.
• Manage candidate databases and ensure recruitment data integrity.
• Utilize recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and analytics platforms to improve hiring outcomes.
Compliance & Data Protection
• Ensure recruitment practices align with European employment standards and hiring regulations.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR and other applicable data privacy requirements.
• Handle candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Stay informed about recruitment trends, employment legislation, and labor market developments across Europe.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of European recruitment practices, candidate expectations, and hiring trends.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, and direct search methods.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required to support European business operations and interview schedules.
• Understanding of GDPR principles and data privacy best practices in recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a fully remote international environment.
• Professional certifications in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
