Tasveer is a visual storytelling media production house specializing in photography, videography, cinematic storytelling, documentaries, and digital content production.

Established in 2012, Tasveer builds upon the legacy of photographer and visual storyteller Shiva Lal Shrestha, documenting Nepal's people, culture, heritage, and stories through compelling visual narratives since 1994.

We work with brands, organizations, development partners, entrepreneurs, and individuals to create meaningful visual content that informs, inspires, and connects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Associate Video Editor who understands storytelling through visuals and can transform raw footage into engaging content for social media, documentaries, campaigns, and branded productions.

You will work closely with our photographers, videographers, and creative team on a wide range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

◉ Edit short-form videos, social media reels, promotional videos, and documentaries.

◉ Organize and manage video footage and project assets.

◉ Apply color correction, audio enhancement, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.

◉ Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual stories.

◉ Ensure consistency in editing style and brand quality across projects.

◉ Deliver projects on time while maintaining high production standards.

Requirements

◉ 1–3 years of professional video editing experience.

◉ Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

◉ Working knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or Lightroom is an advantage.

◉ Understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and social media formats.

◉ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

◉ Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.

◉ Passion for visual storytelling and continuous learning.
