Role Description:

Sathi Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Chabahil, Mitrapark, Kathmandu. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for designing engaging visual content for digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate will create social media graphics, website banners, marketing materials, presentations, and branding assets while also handling basic video editing tasks for social media and promotional content. The role requires collaboration with the marketing and development teams to ensure high-quality and brand-consistent visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Design graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Create visually appealing branding and promotional materials.
Perform basic video editing, including trimming, adding text, transitions, music, and simple effects.
Ensure consistency across all visual and marketing materials.
Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.
Prepare production-ready files for digital and print use.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Strong skills in Graphic Design with a creative portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, or similar software.
Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Attention to detail and strong creative thinking abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant education in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing is an advantage.
