Job Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join the Group Corporate Communications team at Chaudhary Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content that supports the Group’s branding, marketing, corporate communications, digital campaigns, and business initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, and visual storytelling, with the ability to transform concepts into compelling multimedia content across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for corporate communications, branding campaigns, marketing initiatives, events, social media, and internal communications.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and storytelling.
- Design creative visual assets, including social media creatives, presentation materials, digital banners, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business teams to conceptualize and execute creative content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Support video shoots by assisting with planning, scripting, filming coordination, and post-production activities.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content optimized for digital and social media platforms.
- Ensure all content adheres to Chaudhary Group’s brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize and maintain digital media assets, footage libraries, templates, and design resources.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, video formats, motion graphics techniques, and digital content best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, or multimedia content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, editing techniques, animation principles, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, color, and branding.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative output.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in corporate communications, advertising agencies, media houses, or marketing teams.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, and basic camera operations.
- Experience in 2D animation, kinetic typography, and motion design.
- Familiarity with content creation for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Understanding of branding, marketing communications, and digital engagement strategies.
- Experience with drone footage editing, color grading, and sound design will be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and creative design work.
