*Experience: 4 years of experience as a Assistant HR MANAGER/ HR MANAGER in hospital or relevant Industry
Key Responsibilities:
. Lead full-cycle employment for a large and diverse workforce, including doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hospital goals and healthcare regulations
Oversee workforce planning, staffing, and shift scheduling across departments
Manage employee performance evaluation systems and career development programs
Supervise onboarding, training, and continuous professional development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare standards, and internal policies
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate salary processing and benefits administration, ensure smooth process of SSF its benefits
Supervise to Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation for audits and inspections
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
• Should be able to handle life cycle of 1400 employee
