Parts Incharge

MAW Earthmovers, largest division of MAW Group of Companies and the sole distributor of JCB in Nepal, which is UK based global brand and present in more than 150 countries. We are currently seeking candidates for Parts Incharge position for Birgunj and Kathmandu (Floater).

Job Description

• Detailed Physical Inspection of Consignment
• Maintain Parts Discrepancy Register.
• Follow ups with transporter/courier
• Conduct perpetual and annual physical verification of stock
• Store Management
• Ensure the collection of payments
• Talk to customers to convert to parts sales. Achieve target on monthly basis.
• Daily monitoring of outstanding dues and customer calling/visits.
  
  

Job Specifications

• Bachelors degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in similar role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Familiarity with ERP/software-based inventory management is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle
