We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to join our international team in the United Arab Emirates.

- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities and buildings
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Manage maintenance schedules, repairs, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and resource utilization
- Coordinate security, cleaning, landscaping, and other support services
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in facilities management, property management, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
