We are looking for a Senior Content Writer who can lead our content team, create impactful content strategies, and produce engaging content that supports organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and communication skills, leadership experience, and a passion for education.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the content team, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and productivity.
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with organizational goals, audience needs, and business objectives.
- Plan, assign, and monitor content tasks, ensuring efficient workload distribution and timely project completion.
- Create and manage content production schedules, editorial calendars, and team workflows.
- Review, edit, and provide constructive feedback on content produced by team members.
- Coordinate with management to set content priorities, campaign objectives, and performance targets.
- Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Establish content guidelines, style standards, and best practices across all content channels.
- Identify content opportunities, emerging education trends, and audience needs to drive strategic content initiatives.
- Facilitate regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing, content strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong research, writing, and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience in campaign planning and content-driven marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO.
Working Hours:
- 9 AM to 5 PM (Flexible)
