Job Title: Partnership ManagerPrimary Purpose
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a high-trust referral network that consistently generates high-quality lending opportunities and long-term strategic partner value. This role focuses on building strong professional relationships, qualifying leads, and ensuring seamless handover of opportunities to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers’ agents, referral partners, and key external stakeholders
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with referral sources
- Engage with potential partners, qualify leads, and ensure high-quality opportunity screening prior to handover to senior leadership
- Manage structured outreach and follow-up processes using Apollo and internal CRM systems (training provided)
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, partner records, and engagement history within CRM systems
- Support referral generation through proactive communication and consistent partner engagement
- Coordinate seamless lead handover to ensure efficiency and conversion effectiveness
- Contribute to brand positioning through partner education and relationship development
- Identify market trends, partnership opportunities, and high-value referral channels
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident, calm, and non-pushy approach
- Proven ability in business development, outreach, or partnership management
- Strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency
- Commercial awareness and ability to assess business opportunities
- High level of discipline in follow-ups and process adherence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships
- Experience in B2B partnerships, financial services, banking, lending, or professional services
- Established network within accounting, financial advisory, or property sectors
- Familiarity with SMSF, property lending, or structured finance
- Experience using CRM tools and prospecting platforms such as Apollo
- Ability to evaluate and prioritise high-quality referral sources
