Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor, located in Pokhara. The Career Counselor will provide expert career guidance to students, assisting them in exploring their academic and professional opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting student consultations, developing personalized career plans, offering insights into academic and migration pathways, and ensuring clients receive accurate and ethical advice. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections and guide students effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Experience in Student Counseling and guiding academic pathways
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Ability to build relationships and provide empathetic, tailored guidance
- Familiarity with Australian education and migration systems is an advantage
- Hold a relevant degree in counseling, education, human resources, or a related field
- Experience in similar roles or within the education or migration sectors is preferred
