Job Description

We're hiring an HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll handle hiring, onboarding, payroll, and the day-to-day admin work that keeps the agency running.


We're growing fast and bringing on new team members across multiple roles so you'll be the person who makes that growth smooth instead of chaotic.


About Grow Mailers:

Grow Mailers is a performance-based email marketing agency serving coaching and online education brands. We handle the full email marketing program for our clients including copy, automations, and reporting.


What You'll Do:


  • Manage the full hiring pipeline: job posts, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating follow-ups
  • Onboard new hires (paperwork, accounts, tool access, first-week structure)
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and basic finance admin
  • Manage the office environment and team logistics
  • Track team performance reviews and feedback cycles
  • Support founders on operational tasks as needed

Over time, you'll also help build out our internal SOPs, culture documents, and people processes as we scale.


Who This Role Is For:


Someone who's organized, proactive, and has spent time working in or around IT, tech, or digital agency environments. You like the operational side of building a team and don't need someone telling you what needs to be done.


You don't need years of formal HR experience, but you do need to understand how IT and tech teams work, be detail-oriented, comfortable with paperwork and processes, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.


Must-Haves:


  • At least 3 years of HR, admin, operations, or coordinator experience
  • Relevant experience in the IT, tech, or digital agency sector (hiring, onboarding, or coordinating for IT/tech/marketing teams)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and basic admin tools
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Can handle confidential information with discretion
  • Available in our Kathmandu office full-time

Bonus Points (Not Required):

Familiarity with payroll, statutory compliance, or finance admin in Nepal
  • Worked at a fast-growing startup or agency before
  • Experience setting up HR systems, SOPs, or culture documents from scratch
  • Experience working with a HR management system 


Compensation:


Starting compensation: NPR 30,000-50,000/month, depending on experience. Performance-based raises tied to reviews.


Working Terms:

  • In-house in our Kathmandu office
  • Sunday to Friday (Saturday off)
  • Standard working hours, with flexibility around hiring/coordination needs
  • The goal is collaboration and ownership, not micromanagement
