Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and confident Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage content creation while executing paid digital marketing campaigns. This role requires someone who can take ownership of content planning, social media management, and online advertising activities to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media platforms.
Develop creative concepts for reels, videos, stories, carousels, and promotional campaigns.
Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate content schedules.
Write compelling captions, social media copy, and promotional content.
Stay updated with current social media trends, platform updates, and content strategies.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Video Production & Editing
Assist in video shoots, workshops, events, and promotional campaigns.
Create and edit reels, short videos, and marketing content using editing tools.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely content delivery.
Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
Optimize advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Coordination & Management
Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements and campaign execution.
Oversee content-related activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain organized records of content assets, campaigns, and performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Understanding of social media management and content strategies.
Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other paid marketing platforms.
Confidence in appearing on camera is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
Experience in content creation and digital marketing.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and performance tracking.
Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing funnels.
