About Odin

ODIN is the global leader in Australian mortgage broking, tax and conveyancing services for Australian expats and overseas investors. We operate an ACL-regulated, TPB-registered multi-practice model spanning mortgages, tax, and conveyancing, with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Nepal, and Australia. Our clients are high-income Australian expats making some of the most consequential financial decisions of their lives — we take the trust that implies seriously.

Our Values

At Odin, we operate with high ownership, deep accountability, and an obsession with delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We don't wait to be told what to do. We act like owners, improve every day, and deliver WOW moments for clients and partners. If this resonates with how you approach your work, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join Odin

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing growth marketing team and play a direct role in scaling one of the leading brands serving Australian expats.

You'll gain hands-on ownership of campaign performance, work with experienced marketers and creatives, and have the opportunity to continuously test, learn, and improve. If you're passionate about performance marketing and enjoy making decisions backed by data, you'll thrive in this role.

About The Role

The Meta Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimisation, and performance of ODIN's Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in scaling our paid social acquisition engine and contributing to the business's lead generation and growth objectives. You will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing optimisations to maximise lead quality and acquisition efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own daily campaign management across all Meta ad accounts across Facebook and Instagram, including budget pacing, bid strategy, audience management, and creative rotation
  • Prepare and deliver weekly Meta performance reports at the campaign, ad set, and ad level, including performance analysis, key insights, and recommended actions
  • Run structured creative tests (A/B and multivariate) on hooks, formats, and CTAs; while documenting learnings and scaling winning approaches
  • Build and maintain audience infrastructure, including custom audiences, lookalikes, exclusion lists and retargeting pools
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to brief, quality-check, and launch new advertising creatives
  • Monitor pixel health, conversion tracking, attribution accuracy, and event quality, escalating issues and coordinating resolutions where required
  • Proactively identify and flag campaign anomalies (CPL spikes, delivery issues, policy flags) same day with recommended corrective actions
  • Support Meta campaign builds for new funnel angles and webinar promotions as directed by Growth Marketing Manager

Requirements

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads Management experience (not just familiarity — must have managed campaigns independently)
  • Demonstrated track record managing significant monthly budgets
  • Strong understanding of Meta campaign structures: campaign objectives, ad set targeting, creative formats, placement optimization
  • Comfortable reading performance data and writing clear, diagnosis-first analysis (not just copying numbers)
  • Demonstrated experience running lead generation campaigns, including Lead Ads, landing page click-through, and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Meta Pixel setup, custom conversions, and attribution windows

Favorable Experience

  • Experience in financial services, property, or high-ticket B2C / B2B2C categories
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and tracking SQL-level outcomes (not just Meta-reported leads)
  • Experience running webinar or event registration campaigns
  • Understanding of funnel-level ROAS / CPL-to-SQL conversion mapping
  • Exposure to Meta's Advantage+ or AI-driven campaign features and when to use vs. avoid them

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear performance reports, provide actionable recommendations, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while continuously improving campaign performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify root causes of issues, and make data-driven optimisation decisions

Benefits

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Daily office breakfast & lunch
  • 5-day work week (Mon-Fri), onsite
  • Social Security Fund (SSF) enrollment
  • Work hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Medical and accidental insurance
  • Work with a high-agency, globally distributed team
  • Gym Membership
