The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and operating a founder-led media engine that positions Flexdoc as a trusted specialist in SMSF and investment lending. This role is execution-focused, ensuring the consistent delivery of marketing initiatives, content, campaigns, and audience engagement activities aligned with established strategies and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Campaign Management
- Execute established marketing strategies, weekly plans, and campaign activities.
- Manage marketing campaigns, follow-up sequences, and workflow processes.
- Ensure consistent implementation of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow structured systems and processes to achieve desired outcomes.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across digital platforms.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form formats.
- Support content production for social media, email marketing, podcasts, and other media channels.
- Develop and distribute content that strengthens the founder's personal brand and industry authority.
- Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and brand positioning across all communication channels.
- Manage content distribution across social media and digital platforms.
- Coordinate publishing schedules and audience engagement activities.
- Ensure optimal reach and visibility of marketing content.
- Support lead generation initiatives through content marketing and campaign execution.
- Assist in nurturing prospects through marketing automation and communication workflows.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, including audience segmentation and contact management.
- Support marketing automation processes using ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.

- Strong content writing and editing skills with the ability to create professional LinkedIn-level content.
- Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form formats.
- Proficiency in social media platform management and content execution.
- Ability to interpret and utilize basic marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as ActiveCampaign or similar systems.
- Short-form video editing and content production.
