Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, search engines, and paid advertising channels.
  • Manage and grow the organization's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok through strategic content planning and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for content creation, campaign management, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure timely creation, approval, and publishing of marketing content, posts, and promotional materials.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns and monitor budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of full-time experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience in social media management, content planning, and digital campaign execution.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and external partners.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with agencies and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
