About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth in the fields of Enterprise Software Solutions, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain Technology, Certification Systems, and E-commerce.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development, along with a solid understanding of AI technologies and basic knowledge of blockchain-based solutions. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the export industry will be highly preferred.

This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to identify new business opportunities in both technology and export-related sectors

Key Responsibilities

â—￾ Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing activities.

â—￾ Identify and develop business opportunities for enterprise software, AI solutions, blockchain platforms, certification systems, and e-commerce services.

â—￾ Generate leads, conduct client meetings and presentations, and convert opportunities into successful business deals.

â—￾ Build strong relationships with exporters, manufacturers, academic institutions, corporate clients, and strategic partners.

â—￾ Promote AI and blockchain-based products and solutions, especially targeting exporters and educational institutions.

â—￾ Actively acquire projects related to website development, mobile app development, and digital transformation services.

â—￾ Lead, mentor, and coordinate junior sales and marketing team members.

â—￾ Support branding, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.

â—￾ Develop strategies for e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, and online market expansion.

â—￾ Effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical clients.

â—￾ Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure proper alignment of client requirements and project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience

â—￾ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

â—￾ Minimum 2 years of experience in the export sector with involvement in sales, marketing, or business development.

â—￾ Experience in software, SaaS, enterprise solutions, technology services, or digital platforms will be an added advantage.

â—￾ Good understanding of AI technologies and basic knowledge of blockchain concepts and business applications.

â—￾ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

â—￾ Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

â—￾ Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

â—￾ Experience in acquiring clients for website or mobile application development projects.

â—￾ Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce business operations.

â—￾ Understanding of blockchain-based certification, traceability, or verification systems.

â—￾ Strong professional network within export, technology, manufacturing, or education sectors.
