Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Europe Counsellor with strong knowledge of student/work visa documentation processes for European countries. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients, guiding them through admission and visa procedures, and handling documentation professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and clients regarding study and work opportunities in Europe.
Provide accurate information about universities, colleges, visa requirements, and immigration procedures.
Assist clients in selecting suitable courses, countries, and institutions.
Handle complete documentation for admission and visa applications.
Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with universities, embassies, and partner institutions.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients throughout the application process.
Prepare SOPs, motivation letters, and application forms when required.
Keep updated knowledge of European visa policies and documentation requirements.
Maintain proper records and client databases.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a counsellor or documentation officer preferred.
Good knowledge of European study/work visa processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent documentation and file-handling abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Fluent in English and Nepali.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of countries such as the UK, Finland, Denmark, Malta, Lithuania, Cyprus, slovakia, and other European destinations.
Experience in handling embassy documentation and interview preparation.
Customer service and sales-oriented approach.
